Introduction:

ENAMUNG is a Hostorical Place of Great King Nongpok Ningthou and Panthoibi .The lake Signifies the romantic Story of the Goddess Panthoibi and Nongpok Ningthou . At the Middle of the lake , there is a mould where Goddess panthoibi dipped and Ended her life .The lake stretched from eastern side toward western side running in between two hillocks- laijing , on the eastern side and hanuching , on the western side ,which adds to the beauty of the place.

Objective of the Project:

The project would aim at developing a historical place into a beautiful tourist destination for promotion of the Tourism in the state . This project will provide employment generation at the remote rural ares.This project will remind the people about the romantic history of the king Nong- pok Ningthou and Goddess panthoibi . Its also aims at Developing a tourist Destination where no such facilities existed earlier.
